This notice describes the cookies and similar storage technologies used by byonda.it, operated by B&M s.r.l. Cookies are small text files that websites send to the user's browser, where they are stored and sent back to the same sites on the next visit. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage (HTML Local Storage), keep information on the user's device without sending it to any server. Depending on their purpose, a distinction is made between technical cookies, which are needed for the site to work and may be set without consent, and profiling or third-party cookies, which require the user's prior consent.
On the first visit the site shows a banner with three equally prominent options: Accept all, Reject and Customise, which lets you choose category by category. Closing the banner with the X counts as a rejection: only necessary tools stay active. Your choice is kept in your browser for 12 months and can be changed or withdrawn at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or with the button below. No non-necessary tool runs before you have given consent.
At present byonda.it sets no HTTP cookies, whether its own or third-party, and loads no scripts, fonts, videos or other content from external domains. It uses only the two items of technical storage listed below, kept in the user's browser. The hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) does not set cookies on the site's pages either.
Necessary storage makes the site usable by enabling basic functions such as the language choice and remembering your cookie preferences. The site cannot work properly without it, and it requires no consent.

Should statistics or marketing tools be introduced, this declaration will be updated with the full list of cookies, providers and durations, and those tools will run only after the user has given consent in the banner. The banner asks for a new choice whenever the list of tools changes substantially.
You can also delete or block cookies and local storage directly in your browser settings. Instructions for the most common browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge. Clearing local storage removes your language choice and cookie preferences, which will be asked for again.
